The
Connected Training system allows for sophisticated data
mining to be performed on the training results database
created from your trainee's test data, and generates meaningful
reports for test administrators to use when defining the
effectiveness of the training program they've put in place.
Reports
can be generated on a per-employee or per-test basis to
show the effectiveness of certain types of training or instructional
methodologies. Company-wide reports show larger trends across
trainee demographics, and allow test-takers to be grouped
into categories which reveal why particular instructional
strategies might not be working.
Finally,
certification standards can be maintained and compliance
verified for any employee at any time, to ensure that your
entire workforce is properly educated and informed. Certifications
can be generated manually or automatically sent to employees
as necessary, eliminating effort on the part of test administrators
and streamlining the certification process.
