Connected Training utilizes an open system for delivering tests which embraces many types of testing methodologies and architectures.

Whether your tests are made up of multiple choice, order-of-operation, or essay questions, the Connected Training system allows each type of testing to be performed correctly in any combination. Even with multiple-choice testing, different options can be devised which educate and retest the trainee when they answer incorrectly. Perhaps you would like to replay instructional materials if the first response is incorrect; perhaps your trainees will be given a number of tries before the question is graded. You might prefer order-of-opertion performance testing, where the trainee is graded only after they perform a series of steps correctly. Or perhaps your trainees would benefit from a combination of methods, after which they submit a short essay for grading. All options can be configured and assembled into your final testing strategy, and modified or updated at any time. Connected Training offers you the flexibility to control how tests are created and structured, with options for question types and design.

In addition, the system allows for expansive options for trainees' enrolling, taking and grading each test, with automated responses to the test taker generated if you wish. For the test administrator, all testing performance parameters are safely stored for later retrieval, reporting and certification compliance review.
