Security For Test Takers and Administrators - Testing Architecture and Content

"The greatest obstacle to discovery is not ignorance - it is the illusion of knowledge."
Daniel J. Boorstin

The testing process is the primary feedback tool used within any training program to determine trainee comprehension and retention, and Connected Training provides quality tools to provide a convenient, secure testing environment for both employees and administrators.

Offering support of several testing architectures, from simple multiple-choice tests to timed exams with media playback, Connected Training's testing module provides a complete, secure solution to the problem of providing tests for your employees. Tests can also be structured so as to allow questions to be answered again if answered incorrectly at first, or offer a retest if the trainee fails to answer correctly below a certain level. Whether converting existing test content or developing a training program from scratch, the Connected Training system provides a flexible framework for your use.

Also featured within this system is the ability to define custom grading methods, such as pass/fail, percentage correct, or minimum number answered correctly, which results in meaningful reporting for test administrators. In addition, the administrator can define if the actual results are reported to the trainee or whether they are kept confidential, and whether these reports are sent to managers, other administrators, or training groups interested in tracking individual employee performance.

Then proceed to the Reporting and Certification section when you are finished.
